Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) conducts state level entrance examination every year for the candidates seeking admission in various diploma courses. The exam will be conducted for shortlisting of candidates for admission to various Diploma courses in Engineering, Pharmacy and Architecture fields. Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Polytechnic 2022

Candidates should fulfil the eligibility criteria laid down by the board in order to apply for the DCECE exam- 

Nationality: Only Indian Nationals can apply for the exam.

Domicile: Candidates must fulfil the domicile requirements of the state of Bihar. They should be a domicile of Bihar or their parents have been working for central government and are posted in Bihar.

Course	Educational Qualification
PE	Applicants should have passed class 10th from a recognized board with at least 35% aggregate marks.
PPE	Applicants must be at least 19 years old as on 1st July 2022 and should have passed class 10th from a recognized board with 2 years of experience in I.T.I.
PM	Candidates must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry, English, Math's/Biology subjects. Those applying for GNM course are required to pass class 12th exam in PCB subjects with minimum 40% marks (40% for SC/ST).
PMD	Candidates should have passed class 10th from a recognized board with subjects Chemistry, Physics, Biology and English. The age of the candidates should fall between 15 years and 30 years as on 31st December 2022.
DCECE (LE)	Applicants must have passed class 12th with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Biology or Science (with Mathematics as one of the Subject) or Science with Vocational or Science with Technical OR Class 10th + 2 years ITI Experience

 Note: Those appearing in class the qualifying exam can also apply for the entrance test.
