TCS launches youth employment program
TCS has created a youth employment programme that will
include classes in business communication, quantitative aptitude, domain
knowledge, and programming.
The Youth Employment Program (YEP) has been announced
by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) . The company is attempting to assist
victims of the COVID-19 pandemic in regaining their livelihoods through this
programme. They are being offered job opportunities by the corporation.
This will be part of TCS's flagship CSR programme, which
aims to empower women from rural colleges, as well as youth and jobless
graduates. Candidates can improve their chances of landing a job by learning a
variety of skills such as programming, subject knowledge, corporate
communication, and numeric ability.
